Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown rice with butter in skillet, stirring continuously. Place
    in
    1
    1/2-quart casserole dish with the 2 cans of soup, undiluted.
    Add
    mushrooms.
    Bake,
    uncovered,
    about 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
