Vinnie'S Shredded Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. chuck roast
    2 bottles barbecue sauce (possibly more)
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut roast in half or put in crock-pot whole.
    Mix ingredients. Pour over meat.
    Cook 8 to 10 hours, breaking meat apart after 5 hours and every hour thereafter.
    Shred meat with a potato masher and then cook 1/2 hour more.
    Serve on buns or rolls.
    Times may vary upon meat breaking up.
