Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            6 medium potatoes, boiled and cooled
 
1 medium onion, chopped
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. sweet pickle cubes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
- 
                            Cube potatoes; add chopped onions, pickles and boiled eggs. Toss with fork to mix.
 
In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Mix.
Pour mixture over potatoes.
