Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. water
2 to 4 tsp. vanilla
10 tsp. instant coffee (not decaf)
3 c. sugar
2 c. vodka

Preparation

Simmer water, sugar and coffee 1 1/2 hours.
Do not boil. Cool mixture. Add vodka and vanilla.
