Bangers And Mash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 English sausages
2 large onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
English Bisto or Oxo gravy mix or other gravy mix
2 to 3 c. cooked mashed potatoes
Preparation

Pierce sausages in a couple of places with fork. Fry in skillet or bake in pan (350\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes) until done.
Fry onion in pan in which the sausages were cooked or cook in microwave without fat.
Make gravy mix.
Stir onions, salt and pepper into gravy. Serve gravy on mashed potatoes with sausages alongside.
Makes 4 servings.
