Zucchini-Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (1/4-inch) zucchini slices (3 to 5 medium)
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and cartilage removed or 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch). Mix all ingredients.
    Spread in dish.
    Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
    Garnish with zucchini slices, if desired.
    Yields 6 servings.
