Hungarian Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. filling of your choice
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; beat with mixer until well mixed.
    Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet.
    Pour in 2 to 3 tablespoons batter.
    Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter.
    Brown on 1 side only (do not turn).
    Invert on paper towel; remove crepe.
    Makes 16 to 18 crepes.
