Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild Italian sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 can black olives, drained and sliced
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Crumble and brown
    sausage.
    Drain. Add onions and cook until transparent. Add
    spaghetti
    sauce,
    mushrooms
    (I\tuse canned mushrooms at times) and olives.
    Heat and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Evenly
    arrange
    Mozzarella
    cheese over this mixture (slices or\tshredded).
    Whirl or beat eggs, milk, flour, oil and
    salt
    until
    smooth.
    Pour
    over
    Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
