Creole Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. butter
    10 oz. elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 dry mustard
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in large pot.
    Add macaroni, onion, pepper, oregano and dry mustard.
    Cook on medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes.
    Add water and bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer until macaroni is tender and water boiled out.
    Stir in evaporated milk, pimento and cheese.
    Cook about 5 minutes on low until cheese melts.
    Serve.
