Mexican Hot Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 small, chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. hot chunky salsa
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 baked potatoes
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown beef with onion and garlic; drain. Stir in sour cream, salsa, oregano, chili powder and salt.
Serve over hot, baked potato and with guacamole on the side.
