Chicken Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup or 1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and deboned
    2 c. thinly sliced vegetables (celery, green pepper, sweet red pepper or green onions)
Preparation
    In skillet, blend first 3 ingredients.
    Stir in chicken and vegetables.
    Over medium heat, heat to boiling and reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
    This is quick and very good.
