Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    1/4 cup soft butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 lb. Jack cheese
    1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. Oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Halve, then remove skin and bone from 4 whole chicken breasts (12 oz. each). Pound between pieces of waxed paper until each is about 1/4 inch thick.
