Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. washed and drained blueberries
Preparation
    In bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    In second bowl, blend eggs, oil, milk and lemon juice.
    Mix liquid mixture into flour mixture until flour disappears.
    Fold in blueberries and place in paper cupcake holders.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 18.
