Pea Soup Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag split peas
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 full ring bologna, sliced fine
    1 c. diced ham
Preparation
    Soak peas overnight (can soak peas with ham).
    Simmer on low heat until peas are soft (usually 3 hours on low).
    Stir often and use a heavy pan as this will scorch easily if not careful.
