Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. Wesson oil (do not substitute)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix food coloring, vinegar and cocoa together; set aside. Cream Wesson oil, sugar and eggs together.
    Add color mixture. Add soda and salt to flour.
    Add flour mixture and buttermilk, alternating.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake in 4 layer cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    (Can freeze until ready to use.)
