Cream Puff Paste - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Put butter, milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
When boiling, add the flour and stir up briskly until the paste is smooth.
(If the paste is removed from the fire too soon, the puffs may not spring properly during the baking process.) After taking from the fire, mix in one egg at a time and work well each time before adding another egg.
When all the eggs are added, drop on a baking sheet, the size of an egg yolk for puffs, or in finger shapes for eclairs and bake in an oven at 350\u00b0.
