Easy Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 to 8 lb.) boneless chuck roast (frozen)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 to 2 small cans mushroom steak sauce/gravy
    salt
    pepper
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Place roast (frozen okay) in 9 x 13-inch or larger pan.
    Use salt, pepper and seasoned salt as desired.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over top.
    Pour mushroom sauce over top of roast and in pan.
    Rinse can with water and pour in bottom of pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 6 to 7 hours at 325\u00b0 if frozen, less if not frozen (test for doneness after 4 hours).
    Use juice for gravy.
