Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tube crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to package directions.
Put in greased casserole dish.
Mix onion, celery, cheese and mayonnaise. Spread over vegetables.
Mix margarine with cracker crumbs and sprinkle over top.
Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
