Cajun Catfish Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. catfish fillets, cut into strips (about the size of fingers)
    1 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. cayenne
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 bottle Open Pit
Preparation
    Mix flour, cornmeal and spices in a large bowl or bag.
    Drop in fish.
    Coat both sides.
    Deep fry until fish floats.
    Eat like popcorn or chips.
    Use Open Pit for dip.
    Class A good feast eating.
