Low-Fat Fudgy Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. prune butter or prune puree
    3 large egg whites
    1 c. sugar powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick coating and set aside.
    Combine all ingredients, except flour, in a bowl and beat to blend with electric mixer on low. Stir in flour and spoon into pan.
    Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Bake for 30 minutes or until top edges, about 2-inches from the center, spring back when touched with tip of finger.
    Cool brownies in pan on wire rack.
    Cut into squares.
    Yields 36 brownies.
