Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. meal
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
    2 to 4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and meal with a fork in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
    Pour in unbaked crust. Bake at
    350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
