Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat chunks, in 1-inch cubes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat in large saucepan.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 6 to 8 people.
