Mississippi Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal (self-rising)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. creamed corn
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Mix well. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
