Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (No. 3) cans pineapple chunks, drained, but reserve liquid
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    30 Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add drained pineapple chunks and mix until covered.
    Mix the cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Spread over pineapple mixture.
    Sprinkle 3 to 4 tablespoons of pineapple juice over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Grated cheese may be added if desired.
