Lo-Cal Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can V-8 juice
    1 (16 oz.) can Blue Lake green beans
    1 (16 oz.) can cut carrots
    1/2 head cabbage, cut coarsely
    1 lb. ground turkey
    water
    1 Tbsp. dry or fresh parsley
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 to 2 dash(es) hot sauce
Preparation
    Cook ground turkey in microwave until done.
    Drain off fat. Combine all ingredients in large pan.
    Simmer until cabbage is tender.
    Add water to get desired consistency.
    Add salt or salt substitute and/or pepper or Mrs. Dash, if desired.
