Chunky Cheese Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    3 qt. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    2 canned pimientos, sliced
    1 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, halved
    2 c. cubed American cheese
Preparation
    Cook the elbow macaroni in the boiling salted water in a large kettle until tender (13 minutes).
    Drain.
