Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef and lamb pieces
    onion flakes
    parsley flakes
    paprika
    pepper
    salt
    noodles
Preparation
    Fry to brown meat pieces in small amount of oil.
    Add water to cover 2 to 3 inches over meat.
    Add a small amount of all spices; stir and cover.
    Cook 2 hours.
    Thicken if necessary.
    Serve over noodles.
    If desired, you may add sour cream at end of cooking.
