Whole Wheat Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1/2 c oats
    1 t baking powder
    1 egg white
    1/2 t baking soda
    1 c unbleached flour
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1 3/4 c low-fat buttermilk
    1 T orange peel
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, blend very well.
    Let sit for 15 minutes.
    Put in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
    Bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes.
    Check for browning.
    This bread may need to be covered with foil the last 15 minutes to prevent over-browning.
