Cheesy Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    dash of red pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine soup, paprika, pepper, sour cream and cheese.
    In a buttered casserole (2-quart oblong), arrange potatoes in overlapping rows.
    Pour soup and cheese mixture over top.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Uncover; bake 10 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
