Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    butter
    1/2 to 1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in 2 cups boiling water until tender.
    Brown beef and onion.
    Mix first 8 ingredients together.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Dot with butter and cover with bread or cracker crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
