Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts
    3 c. sugar
    7 heaping tsp. cocoa
    4 beaten eggs
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 stick melted butter (let cool back to room temperature before adding to recipe)
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir ingredients together.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 380\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let set 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
    Top with whipped cream, slivered almonds, shaved chocolate curls or serve plain.
