Crummy Baked Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 to 1 lb. haddock fillets
lemon juice
1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
crumbled Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Arrange fish in a buttered pan.
Sprinkle lemon juice on top. Mix butter with enough cracker crumbs so crumbs are moist and will stick together.
Spread crumbs generously over fish.
Bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
