Steamed Graham Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. molasses (cane type)
    1 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. graham flour
Preparation
    Mix all together and
    put in a dish that holds at least 3/4 of a gallon, we prefer granite or Pyrex.
    Steam slowly for 2 hours. This is good served with milk.
