June Harris' Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak, cut into strips
    1 1/2 bell pepper, cut into strips
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation
    Cook first 4 ingredients 20 minutes in oil.
    Pour off oil and add last 4 ingredients.
    Simmer until tender.
    Next, mix 3 tablespoon flour with 1/2 cup water and add to mixture along with 1 cup water.
    Cook until thick.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
