Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. raisins (optional)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. corn oil
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Sift flour, soda and salt.
Beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture until smooth.
Fold in apples, nuts and raisins.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool 20 minutes before frosting.
