Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 large chopped green peppers
    1 c. white rice
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large can tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 lb. ham, cooked and cubed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. cooked shrimp (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook bacon.
    Remove and drain.
    Saute onion and peppers.
    Add rice and stir to coat.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Place in ovenproof pan or dish, cover and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
