Red Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 to 5 links smoked sausage, cut in pieces
Preparation
    Put rice in casserole.
    Cover with tomatoes. Add chopped onion, salt, pepper and sausage. Cook, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
