Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium green peppers, cut in half
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. crushed cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Boil green peppers for 5 minutes.
    Mix all other ingredients and stuff cooled peppers, then bake 45 minutes uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven.
