Dieter'S Cheeseless Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pineapple (1 can)
1 1/3 c. nonfat powdered milk
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Drain pineapple; soften gelatin in pineapple juice.
Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Place pineapple and gelatin mixture in blender.
Blend 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until frothy.
Place in dish and chill until firm.
