Fluffy Vanilla Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or shortening
5 c. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
4 to 5 Tbsp. milk

Preparation

Cream butter or shortening, 1 cup of the confectioners sugar, vanilla and salt in large bowl.
Alternately add remaining confectioners sugar and milk; beat to spreading consistency. Makes approximately 3 cups.
