Strawberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in strawberries.
    Add milk, egg and butter.
    Mix until dry ingredients are just moistened.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Don't overbeat.
    Pour batter into 12 greased muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or when tops are golden and spring back when touched.
    Serve warm.
