Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frozen pie shell
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1/2 c. grated Gruyere cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. half and half
2 dashes of nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. white wine
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Bake pie shell at 450\u00b0 for 4 minutes.
Place crab meat in pie shell.
Combine remaining ingredients except Cheddar cheese and paprika in bowl; mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and paprika over top.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 30 minutes longer.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
