Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. cherry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 2/3 c. ice water
1 (10 or 12 oz.) pkg. raw cranberries, grind
1 large unpeeled apple, grind
1 Tbsp. orange peel (zest) and remaining orange, grind
1 c. sugar
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Dissolve the jello in the boiling water.
Add ice water and put in refrigerator to begin to set.
Grind the cranberries and apple. Grate the orange zest and grind the remaining orange.
Mix fruit with sugar.
Stir into the partially set jello and return to refrigerator until firm.
