Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices crustless bread, cubed
    3/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. pork sausage, fried and drained
    4 to 6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 Tbsp. mustard
    1 can mushrooms, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Put bread in 9 x
    14-inch
    pan.
    Top
    with
    sausage and cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk and
    mustard; pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
    Cover with
    foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning, mix soup and mushrooms and
    pour
    on top.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
