Italian Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (must be ice cream; ice milk won't work)
    1 bottle maraschino cherries, drained
    1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    1 pkg. sliced almonds
    1 small container Marshmallow Creme
    1 Tbsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Put 1/2 gallon ice cream in large bowl. Thaw until you can \"stir\" and add remaining ingredients. Refreeze. Makes 24 small servings.
