Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded cheese (mild)
    2 small cartons sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Bake in 3-quart casserole dish for 20 minutes before putting on topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
