Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. saltine crackers, crushed
    1 egg
    parsley flakes
    dash of Tabasco
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    crushed red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Roll in balls or patties.
    Fry in hot grease.
