Spinach Or String Beans With Tomatoes And Spaghetti(Spinach All Pomodori E Spaghetti) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
    16 oz. tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 tsp. red crushed pepper
    1 small 8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, saute
    garlic in oil.
    When lightly brown, add tomatoes,
    sauce,
    red
    pepper,
    salt,
    parsley and water. Cook for 10
    to 12 minutes on medium heat.
    Add frozen spinach and cook
    an
    additional
    25 minutes, until spinach is heated thoroughly.
    Boil
    spaghetti
    according
    to
    package directions. Pour cooked spinach over top of the spaghetti and toss thoroughly.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
