Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
8 fluid oz. salad oil*
4 eggs
13 fluid oz. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 oz.) jar Baker's poppy seed filling
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together. Add all ingredients together. Mix until smooth. Add poppy seed filling. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Turn batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Cool cake 5 to 8 minutes before removing from pan.
