Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew meat
1 onion, chopped
1 small can chopped mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can beef broth
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. small noodles
Preparation

Brown meat and onion in butter.
Add mushrooms.
Add beef broth and cook until tender.
Cook noodles according to directions on package.
Add sour cream to beef mixture just before serving. Pour over noodles.
